- Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select international locations.
- Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Address:

- PharoSpine is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
